360 Allstars to thrill extreme sports fans at the Civic
IPSWICH extreme sports fanatics have been promised a mind-blowing display of rotation in all forms, as part of the 360 Allstars show at the Civic Centre on Wednesday, July 17.
Arts Services Committee chairman Cr Charlie Pisasale said 360 Allstars was like a new-age urban circus, with truly unique routines.
"Replace acrobats with world champion break- dancers, substitute a basketball freestyler in place of a juggler, swap the unicyclist for the X Games BMX Flatland gold medallist and throw in a Roue Cyr artist and you have 360 Allstars," Cr Pisasale said.
"The exciting show features some of Australia's best performers alongside international artists from Hawaii, Korea and England."
Cr Pisasale said stars included World Champion BMX rider Peter Sore, acrobatic break-dancer Bboy Physicx, circus artist Rhys Miller, break-dancer Bboy Leerok, beat-boxer Sam Perry, drummer Gene Peterson and Basketballman.
"With live music from world champion beat-boxer Tom Thum and master musician Gene Peterson, 360 Allstars is as aurally exciting as it is visually astounding," Cr Pisasale said.
"It is hard to describe how all the elements come together, but this is one exhilarating world-class production that will leave you dizzy with excitement."
360 Allstars is for people of all ages and is on at the Ipswich Civic Centre on July 17, with tickets on sale now.
