Woman run over on crossing

A WOMAN has been taken to the PA Hospital in Brisbane after being struck be a car when walking across a pedestrian crossing.

Police reported the 35-year-old woman was struck be the car on a crossing at the intersection of Ellenborough St and Roseberry Pde near Timothy Moloney Park.

She suffered lacerations and back injuries.

After the woman was struck another vehicle hit the first car from behind.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
