Woman faces court over emergency calls

AN IPSWICH woman has been charged for making six unnecessary 000 calls in a single day.

At Ipswich Magistrates Court, Donna Maree Trezise was charged with seven counts of improper use of emergency call.

The 50-year-old committed six of the offences on August 15 and was charged with the same crime again two months later.

Trezise was also charged with a breach of bail offence. She was found guilty and placed on a $1000 good behaviour bond for a year.
