Warriors pick Godinet and Fisiiahi

PITA Godinet and Glen Fisiiahi have been included in a 19-man squad for the Warriors' round eight NRL Anzac Day match against the Storm at AAMI Park in Melbourne tomorrow.

Head coach Brian McClennan said the pair had been added as cover for Kiwi internationals Manu Vatuvei and halfback Shaun Johnson.

Vatuvei and Johnson were both feeling the effects of Friday night's 20-12 Anzac Test-loss to Australia and didn't train with the Warriors on Sunday.

Feleti Mateo will back up after turning out for City Origin in Mudgee on Sunday while captain Simon Mannering and prop Ben Matulino will also be back on deck after playing for the Kiwis on Friday night.

With Jerome Ropati out with a hamstring injury, Ben Henry and Krisnan Inu have been named to start in the centres.
