The nose-to-tail crash left two passengers injured, one with neck and chest pain and another with minimal injuries.

A third passenger declined transport to hospital.

It’s understood tow truck drivers were on scene winching the vehicles apart.

Both injured passengers were taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in stable conditions.
