Brisbane Rd open again following earlier incident

UPDATE 3PM: POLICE have reopened the left lane of Brisbane Rd at Ebbw Vale, following an earlier incident in which a truck lost its load of bricks and concrete.

EARLIER: POLICE have been called to the Brisbane-bound lanes of Brisbane Rd at Ebbw Vale, where a truck has lost its load.

The incident was report about 2pm.

A large volume of bricks and concrete has covered the left lane, about 300m before Ebbw Vale train station.

Motorists are urged to avoid the area if possible.
