Truck driver accused of killing cyclist in court

A TRUCK driver accused of the hit-and-run killing of Lowood cyclist Dr Martin Pearson has had his matters briefly mentioned in court.

Geoffrey Joseph Sleba, 43, was arrested in July and charged with hitting Dr Pearson on the Millmerran Inglewood Rd near Inglewood on April 25.

His matters were briefly mentioned in Warwick Magistrates Court yesterday.

The case has been adjourned for mention in the same court on November 10.

Sleba's bail conditions were continued.
