Three-year sponsorship deal for Park2Park

ONE of Ipswich's premier sporting and recreation events has been given a boost with Ipswich City Council agreeing to a three-year sponsorship of Park2Park.

An Ipswich City Council spokesperson said the agreement built on the strong connection between Park2Park and Ipswich City Council.

"Under this agreement Ipswich City Council will provide $10,000 per year from 2016 to 2018, made up of cash and in-kind support, to help with the running of Park2Park," the spokesperson said.
