LETTERS: The things that some people do cannot be explained

I MUST be getting old because I look where I'm going instead of at a phone.

I don't understand why well educated people say bought instead of brought.

I can't imagine drinking tea out of the cups on that very funny comedy, Friends.

I also get to see painted ladies at my local shopping centre instead of at the circus.

I also cannot understand why people start smoking when it is more addictive than heroin.

It is not a habit, it is highly addictive, which is why it is so hard to stop once you start.
