Teen suffers ‘significant’ injuries in car and motorbike collision

A teen has been taken to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital with “significant” injuries following a car and motorbike collision overnight.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said paramedics including a critical care team responded to the crash at the corner of Ocean St and Horton Parade at 7.51pm on Friday.

One male patient in his late teens suffered “significant leg injuries”.
