Sophie Monk escapes Australia to enjoy a romantic NYE
IT appears that Sophie Monk is still with her beau Stu Laundy. But the couple had a third person to celebrate with while on their overseas holiday.
Monk, 37, and Laundy, 45, partied with her best friend, Oscar Gordon, while at the Silver Star mountain Resort in Canada.
Gordon posted a photograph of the three of them together in their New Year's Eve party accessories.
There are unconfirmed reports that Monk and Laundy flew to Canada to secretly get married. In a recent video on Monk's Instagram, Laundy can be heard calling her his "bride".
"I'm so proud of my bride," he said as she and Gordon appeared in a dance around the fireplace.
Monk really went the extra mile this Christmas, wrapping herself up as a present for her millionaire boyfriend.
Monk dressed up in Christmas wrapping paper in a fun video shared to her Instagram account.
She completed the festive outfit with a Santa hat, an oversized red bow and fairy lights, and topped off with a candy cane.
The photo was taken in front of the fireplace where Monk and Laundy have been enjoying Christmas.
Monk's BFF Oscar Gordon is living and working at Silver Star over the holidays.
The couple's overseas trip follows months of split rumours - which they have both denied.
Fans have constantly suggested the couple were staging couple shots just for the cameras.
In December, Monk told Nova's Chrissie, Sam and Browny she hadn't been totally prepared for the intense scrutiny on their relationship.
"I didn't know what I was in for but at the same time I've lived this my whole life anyway. I've never really had a private life that I've kept private anyway," she said.
Monk described the rumours about her and Laundy's breakup as "mental".
"Every day, it's mental. It did [bother me] at the beginning but now it doesn't," she said.
"Every day is something different and because I travel and work all the time you can't always be together. There will be another story that we've broken up as soon as I go and do another job, to be honest. You've just got to roll with it. I guess at least people are interested."
Monk will be hitting Australian TV screens again this year when her show Love Island airs on Nine. Monk became the host of the new reality dating show after she finished her time on The Bachelorette.
