YOUNG VOTE: Should the voting age be reduced to 16? Trevor Veale

LETTERS: 16-year-olds too young to understand politics

BILL Shorten is crazy to try to get the voting age reduced to 16 years.

Most 16-year-olds are still at school and too young to even understand politics properly.

As it is, the age for drinking and getting a driver's licence should still be 21.
