Man and woman refuse to talk to police after shooting

A 36-YEAR-OLD Ipswich man shot in the arm on Tuesday is recovering from surgery as police try to piece together events leading up to his shooting.

Logan police said the man had refused to speak to them and a 36-year-old woman from Brisbane's northside, who was being interviewed by detectives, was also unco-operative.

It is understood the man was shot in his upper right arm about 4.30am on Tuesday while he sat in a ute in Hickory St, Marsden.

Investigations continue.
