Semi-trailer rollover near Laidley

UPDATE: ONE person has been taken to hospital following an accident involving a car and truck near Laidley, west of Ipswich, this morning.

The unloaded truck rolled during the crash on Old Laidley-Forest Hill Rd at Laidley North, about 10.30am.

Both occupants were out of the vehicles, however the truck driver required transportation to Gatton Hospital with a suspected broken rib.

A Department of Community Safety spokeswoman said the truck's cabin was full of fuel when firefighters arrived.
