Scout leader back in court facing 129 child sex charges

A FORMER Ipswich Scout leader facing 129 child sex offences has had his matter mentioned in court.

Brock Emil Dittman, 31, was charged earlier this year following a covert Crime and Corruption Commission investigation.

Mr Dittman was not in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Wednesday when his matter was mentioned.

It was adjourned until January 20 for a register committal.

Mr Dittman (pictured) was arrested in April after officers from the CCC's criminal paedophilia team, Cerberus, and the Queensland Police searched his house.

He initially faced 26 offences but he was charged with 103 fresh charges several months later, after investigators analysed seized cameras, computer equipment and electronic storage devices.
