LETTERS: Schoolies – the first day of the rest of your life

TO THE graduating students of 2015 - as the school years come to an end, I want you all to realise how proud your parents and teachers are that you have put in all the hard work to get yourselves to graduation.

The school books are now filled and your pens are now out of ink.

Many people say most of the things you learnt in school you don't need or remember later on in life but trust me you do.

Stay safe at schoolies to those who are going - make it a time to remember.

Look after your friends and stay safe because your parents, families and teachers love you all.

All the best with your future goals and dreams. Believe in yourselves you can do anything.

Good luck to my friends that are at Bremer State High School.

Special thanks to the teachers that made an impact in my life: Ms Berlin and Mrs Church.

NATALIE SPRINGALL, Ipswich
