
Robber used hammer
POLICE are on the hunt for a man who armed himself with a hammer before robbing a bottle shop at Forest Lake.
The man entered the shop on Forest Lake Boulevard about 8pm on November 5, threatening the 23-year-old attendant and demanding money.
He fled the scene with an undisclosed sum of cash.
The attendant was not physically injured during the incident.
The offender was described as Pacific Islander in appearance, approximately 183cm tall, with a proportionate build.
He was wearing a grey jumper, black pants, black shoes, and a black beanie and had a blue bandana across his face.
Police have released a security image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.
