Put the jug on to beat cancer

IPSWICH workplaces are being urged to unite for a cuppa and a chat this month in support of Cancer Council's Australia's Biggest Morning Tea.

Hosts are needed now to register their friends, families and workplaces to help tip the balance in the fight against cancer on Thursday May 24.

All you need to do is sign on to host an event and start planning.

Cancer Council Queensland is hoping more than 6000 morning tea hosts across the state will register to take part in this year's event - aiming at $2.15 million.

All funds raised from Cancer Council's Australia's Biggest Morning Tea support vital work in cancer research, education programs and support services.
