Programs designed to help kids learn

IPSWICH Basketball is running two of its most popular junior programs starting Saturday.

The Aussie Hoops program at Ipswich stadium is designed for primary school boys and girls, aged 6-12.

Children learn basketball through a game sense approach, playing lots of matches and through activities.

The Small Ball program is for kids five years and under, focusing on fun without any competitive pressure.

Both programs are run every Saturday morning.

Aussie Hoops is from 11am-noon with the Small Ball sessions from 11.30am-12.30pm.

For more information, call the stadium on 3282 4328.
