Police probing Christmas Day death at Morayfield

A MAN has died after being found injured in the front yard of a Morayfield address on Christmas Day.

Queensland Police Service said they were called to a Nina Crt residence around 9.35pm following reports of a disturbance.

A man, believed to be in his 40s, was located injured in the front yard of the address and transported to the Royal Brisbane Hospital where he died a short time later.

Investigations are underway by detectives, as well as scientific and forensic officers, into the circumstances surrounding this incident.
