Police call for public assistance

POLICE are calling for public assistance in the search for a man who exposed himself to a 16-year-old girl on a train last year.

The train was stopped at the Ipswich station after 8pm on January 27, 2010 when a man approached the girl and exposed himself to her.

She managed to get away from the man and off the train before it left the station.

The man was then spotted an hour later along Bell Street on the David Trumpy Bridge.

Police have released imaged of a man they believe may be able to assist them in their investigation.
