Person injured in Helidon crash

ONE person was hospitalised following a two-vehicle crash at Helidon this morning.

A spokeswoman from the Department of Community Safety said the nose-to-tail incident occurred on the Warrego Highway about 500m west of Helidon Spa at 7.15am.

The patient's injuries were described as minor and they were transported to Toowoomba Base Hospital for further treatment.
