Pedestrian injured in Laidley incident

A MAN has been injured after being struck by a vehicle at Laidley.

Police said a man was hit by a utility on Mulgowie Rd, Laidley South, just after 11.30am Friday.

Paramedics attended and took a 52-year-old man to Ipswich Hospital with shoulder and neck pain.

An ambulance spokesman says the patient is in a stable condition.

Police are investigating the circumstances leading up to the incident.
