Paying for lack of action on transport
LATEST polling has the Labor State Government in trouble.
Hardly surprising is it?
Failing to deliver basic reforms such as an improved fare system is proving costly.
Punters are fed up to the gills with the political bull and lack of action on the real issues.
The unemployed in Queensland are still waiting for concession fares (every other state and territory does this with much more affordable fare structures than the high-cost SEQ fare structure).
It has been ALP policy since September 2014 to give concession fares to the unemployed.
Why hasn't this been done?
Time for delivery not more rhetoric.
