Orion Springfield welcomes new retailers
MORE fashion retailers and restaurants are continuing to open their doors every week at Orion Springfield Central as part of their $154million Stage Two revamp.
Some of the newest retailers to welcome customers at the centre include Bookface, Colette, Ella Bache and Yum Cha Cuisine.
But be sure to keep an eye out for Aussie Home Loans, Bombay Bliss, Gelatissimo, New York Slice and Soul Origin, who are all set to open their doors very shortly.
According to Bookface manager Donelle Paul, the Springfield community have embraced the new additions.
"From our perspective, the community have been fantastic," she said.
"We have settled into the new centre well, and the feedback has been very positive.
"We stock a wide range of books and giftwares, and we have our cafe as well, which people love."
Customers to the centre are loving the wide range of variety.
Helen Revelle visits the centre every week from Browns Plains in Logan to do her shopping.
"I really like coming to Orion because I find shops and restaurants here that aren't anywhere else," she said.
"It's a little bit of a drive for me but I don't mind because coming here to Springfield is enjoyable because of the variety of shops and the nice open spaces which the centre has created."
Roger Thompson from Bundamba said he was looking forward to the new desert and health food shops to open.
"I was just walking through the centre and I saw Gelatissimo would be opening very soon, which I am excited about," he said.
"My grandkids love in Brookwater so when I come to visit them, I them out for dinner or a treat."
