No jail time for repeat offender
A MAN has been given a suspended jail term after pleading guilty to drink driving while disqualified by court order.
Ipswich Magistrates Court heard Nikolaus Anthony Brown, 26, was pulled over on October 14.
He blew 0.04 per cent but was on a provisional licence at the time, meaning he had to maintain a zero reading.
Magistrate Donna MacCallum noted it was Brown's fifth drink driving offence and fourth disqualified driving offence.
Brown was given six-month jail term, suspended for two years, and was disqualified from driving for another two years and three months.
