Mum's 'dangerous' fast food run exposed on social media

A FAMILY'S visit to a fast food drive-through in Toowoomba has caused a social media storm after a photo of the 'dangerous' trip was posted on social media.

The photographer claims the woman driving the five-seater vehicle had five passengers, most young children.

It is claimed that a baby was sitting in the lap of the front-seat passenger unrestrained and three children in the back-seat were not wearing seatbelts.

"This makes me so wild," the photographer claims.

"Two were little girls jumping around.

"The other two were in the front seat sitting next to you and one was a young lady with a baby around six months sitting on her lap and yep, no seatbelt.

"If you got hit by a car or truck those babies would go flying and it would probably not end well."

The photographer said police had been contacted.

The photo was posted on the Toowoomba Crime Alerts and Discussions Facebook page.
