Mum knifes boyfriend ‘raping’ daughter

POLICE in Cleveland, Ohio, were called after a woman ran screaming onto a residential street, calling for help, shortly after 2am.

A man identified as the boyfriend of the woman was stabbed five times in the chest and once in the back of his head. He was treated at a nearby hospital.

The wounded man told police he may have been attacked by the woman because "she thought her daughter had feelings for him".

But the woman and her daughter have told police a very different story.

According to Cleveland.com, Troy Parks, 31, has since been charged with rape.

The woman reportedly told police who responded to her calls for help that "her boyfriend tried touching her daughter and she stabbed him."

She said she was making her way to bed when she saw her boyfriend laying naked on top of her young daughter.

"In a fit of rage, (she) grabbed her pocket knife and attacked him," a police report states.

The two then allegedly struggled, with the woman being thrown against the wall.

She then successfully pushed him outside, but he is said to have kicked the door down.

The woman then ran screaming for help from her home in Cleveland's Stockyards district.

Both mother and daughter received lacerations during the struggle, police say.

Police say the daughter told them the man had removed her pants before taking off his own clothes. He then told her: "This is what it is like in the real world when you have a boyfriend."

The girl has been given a sexual assault examination.

The mother has not been charged.

Parks is being held in custody under a high bond amid fears he will retaliate against the victim and her mother.
