Motorist refuses roadside breath test

A KALBAR, 47, man has been served with a notice to appear after he refused to undergo a random breath test on two occasions.

The man was pulled over December 31 while driving along at Bruckner Hill Road at Dugandan.

He has been charged with failing to supply after he allegedly refused to supply a specimen of breath, both on the roadside, and also at Boonah Station.

He is due to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court later this month.
