Man takes to BMW with axe to protest over lack of service

AN IRANIAN businessman who was unhappy with the BMW's service after he had trouble with his M6 has taken an axe to the car in  Germany.

Pourmohseni Hadi  became so frustrated with attempts to get problems with the car fixed, he decided to smash it in a public show of contempt.

Mr Purmohseni, who lives in Italy, said the $100,000 car had begun vibrating, rattling and jolting during gear changes, which mad him feel sick  feel sick when driving it.

"I have BMW written a letter - no response. Now I answer! With this action!" he told  German newspaper Bild.

Accompanied by his friend Thomas Brunner, he then set about  destroying the car outside the entrance to the Frankfurt Motor Show.

Pourmohseni went on to say that he would conduct a repeat performance of the event outside the German Bundestag with a repaired M6 if he received no response.
