Charge dropped against man after Ipswich father's death

A MAN charged following the death of Ipswich father Joseph Bornen at a Moore Park Beach address last year has had the charge against him dropped.

Gavin Russell Baldwin, 31, faced Bundaberg Magistrates Court today where the charge of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm was dismissed after police prosecution offered no evidence.

Baldwin remains on bail for a number of summary charges.
