Man charged over drug lab

9.55pm: A MAN, 42, will face court after police allegedly found a clandestine drug laboratory at Deebing Heights this afternoon.

Police executed a search warrant on the South Deebing Creek Road property about 4pm.

The man has been charged with one count each of produce dangerous drug, possession of equipment used in a crime, unlawful possession of a weapon and two counts of possession of a substance or thing.

He has been held in custody to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court tomorrow.
