Man airlifted after ladder fall

A MAN is in a serious condition after falling from a ladder north of Wivenhoe Dam today.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said paramedics were called to a house at Cold Mountain Stud about 11.30am.

The 35-year-old man hit his head on a concrete floor after falling, sustaining serious head injuries.

He was airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious but stable condition on a Careflight helicopter.
