Machinery catches fire at city business

FIREFIGHTERS were called to a Swanbank work site this morning after a mulching machine caught fire.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Service spokesman said two crews were called to a business on Swanbank Rd about 11.50am.

Crews arrived to find a mulching machine on fire.

The fire was under control by 12.20pm and extinguished by 12.40pm.

There were no reports of injuries.
