A DARLING Downs hotel that was ravaged by fire last year has gone into liquidation.

Origin 57 Pty Ltd, which trades under the name Country Club Hotel went into liquidation on December 15 this year, according to documents lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Adam Ward has been appointed as liquidator.

The Dalby hotel was the scene of a fire on June 3 last year.

A meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants, 195 Hume St, Toowoomba on January 12 from 10.30am.

The meeting will consider a report from liquidators and determine their remuneration.

A flyer has been placed on the door of the hotel directing patrons to the liquidators.

The hotel hosted a "Rising from the ashes" reopening event on September 5 last year.

Photos on its Facebook page were uploaded as recently as December 9.

ARM has contacted the hotel and liquidators for comment.
