LETTERS: Threat of fines scares off Ipswich shoppers

THANK you Patricia Petersen for looking out for Ipswich.

Finally we have a candidate who listens to Ipswich residents and business owners.

Why would anyone shop in the CBD when they have to pay for parking and risk getting slapped with a hefty parking fine.

Common sense dictates that paid parking in the CBD should be abandoned.

BOB WALKER, North Ipswich
