LETTERS: Move to mall will create parking inconvenience

SO Ipswich City Council is again moving staff from a purpose-built building to the mall.

Who owned, sold and moved the beautiful Queenslander that was "Colliers Restaurant", to provide a parking area for the library?

The current building is great where it is for convenience, for the elderly, disabled, mums with bubs and children.

It will not be as easy to access in the mall and there will be less parking available.

Where is council getting the millions to redevelop the mall?

Ipswich City Council is buying up land and buildings in Ipswich. They are not owned by council, but the ratepayers of Ipswich.

They are employees of the rate payers of Ipswich. I think it is time Ipswich City Council was cleaned out at the next election.

S FORTESCUE, Brassall
