The court heard Nelson was pulled over on Smith Rd where she registered a blood alcohol reading of 0.110 - more than double the legal limit.

She was fined $700 and disqualified from driving for four months.

The court heard Steven was pulled over on Toongarra Rd where he registered a blood alcohol reading of 0.097.
