Kindy kids treat their mums

MOTHERS and grandmothers received makeovers and massages as early Mother's Day gifts with a twist at Kindy Patch Springfield 2 yesterday.

Many of the women were surprised to realise the manicures and make-up sessions would be provided by the kindy children themselves, but all enjoyed the bonding experience.

Centre director Kylie Hyland said the mothers were enjoying their news looks yesterday afternoon.

"We've all got lovely blue and pink eyeshadow at the moment," Ms Hyland said.

Ms Hyland said the event was very special for families.

"The mums loved it. It was great to be able to spend focused time with their kids. "
