In-form Crows still have room to improve

ADELAIDE assistant coach David Teague believes there is still much improvement left in his team, despite the Crows winning their past seven games.

They are expected to beat 11th-placed Collingwood at Adelaide Oval tonight, but all coaches and players at the club are still not satisfied with how the team has been performing.

“We don’t think the way we’re playing now is going to be good enough at the end of the year,” Teague said.

“We think we have got some areas to improve and we’re going to need to improve on those.”

Crows onballer Scott Thompson (pictured) will notch up his 300th AFL game in this clash.

The Magpies won’t be easy to beat after their 32-point win over the seventh-placed Giants last round.

“We’ll be out to spoil the party (for Thompson),” Magpies coach Nathan Buckley said.

Levi Greenwood will make the trip to Adelaide for the Pies, while Alex Fasolo (shoulder) will miss out.
