Charges against accused stalker dropped

UPDATE FEBRUARY 17 2017: ALL charges against Redbank man James Mark Dunner have been dismissed.

He is not currently facing any matters before the court.

INITIAL: A REDBANK man will face court tomorrow after being charged with a host of stalking-related offences.

James Mark Dunner, 26, was charged on February 5, 2015 with 28 counts of using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence.

He has also been charged with stalking.

The alleged offences occurred between January and February, 2015 at Yamanto.

His matter was mentioned briefly on Tuesday in Ipswich Magistrates Court where Mr Dunner's legal representative sought a one day adjournment.
