House gutted by fire in Cunnamulla

THE Fire Investigation Unit is at the scene of a fire which gutted a house in Cunnamulla overnight.

A Queensland Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said fire crews were called to the fire at a home in Bowra St,

Cunnamulla, about 3.54 this morning.

The fire was well alight when crews arrived.

The house was under renovation and no-one was in the building at the time of the fire.

The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
