Chips are down: Late night disturbance defused

BILOELA police were called out to a service station at 1am on Friday, June 17 after receiving reports of a male customer creating a disturbance - by loudly complaining about the standard of the hot chips.

A move on order was issued to the man, who continued for some time to complain about the quality of the chips, this time to police officers.

He eventually left the premises, accompanied by his partner.

Police told the Central Telegraph that after conducting their own enquiries, they are able to confirm to the public that the standard of the hot chips was perfectly acceptable.
