Holden Colorado LSX gets beefy black treatments

EXTRA muscle has been applied to the beefy Holden Colorado dual-cab.

Called the LSX and priced from $44,990 drive-away (the auto adds $2200), the Colorado LSX comes with black-coloured additions, including 18-inch alloys, fender flares and grille.

Going on sale from March 12, the Colorado LSX is based on the LS derivative.

Basic features include a 3.5 tonne towing capacity, matte black extended sports bar with 'Colorado' branded plate inserts, soft tonneau cover and a in-your-face 'Colorado' branded rear decal.

There will be a limited run of 800 Crew Cab Pickups and 200 Crew Cab Chassis vehicles.

"Colorado LSX combines some of our most striking accessories - inspired by the 2016 Colorado Xtreme concept car - while maintaining exceptional customer value.”

All Colorado LSX models bought before March 31, 2018, will be eligible for three years free scheduled servicing, five year warranty and five years roadside assist.
