A THAGOONA man charged with a host of alleged sex offences against young boys has been committed to stand trial.

Joshua Michael Slater, 18, fronted Ipswich Magistrates Court on Wednesday where his matter was handed up to a higher court via registry committal.

Mr Slater is facing numerous charges including two counts of indecent treatment of a child, possessing child exploitation material and using a carriage service to access child pornography.

The offences against two boys allegedly occurred on six separate occasions between January 7 and February 8.
