Hagenbach leads Warwick to Hockey dominance again

MATT Hagenbach put Warwick in the box seat to win the Toowoomba masters hockey premiership on Thursday night at Clyde Park with two goals in the first half.

Warwick went on to win 5-2 to make it three premierships in four seasons in Toowoomba.

Last year, it was Hagenbach who scored the only goal in the Warwick 1-0 victory.

Past High leveled the score with two goals close to halftime but it was Warwick with three second-half goals to secure a 5-2 win.

The first of the second half goals was an own goal to Past High which put Warwick up 3-2 and then Phil Rolfe and Donald Costigan put the final out of the reach of Past High with goals.
