Gibson murder charges laid out

THREE people charged in relation to the murder of Booval teen Shaune Gibson have been mentioned in Ipswich court.

Warrick David Lindenberg, 27, and Valerie Jeanette Mullins, 45, have been charged with murder, while Joshua David Latta, 26, has been charged as an accessory after the fact to murder.

Lindenberg is also charged with interfering with a corpse.

A fourth, a 16-year-old girl who cannot be named, will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.

Shaune Gibson went missing in August and his body was found 21km north of Gatton in September when the four were charged with his murder.

Lindenberg and Mullins have remained in custody since their arrest, while Latta has been released on bail. No application for bail for Mullins and Lindenberg has been made.
