Welcome to 2013 and the very first Love Strokes blog for the year from Love from Inside Out.

While the sparkle is still on 2013 lets look at some shiny, fresh ways to sparkle up your life and relationships with yourself and others.

For ultimate success use your thoughts, feelings in your body, your hearts desires and powers of visualization to make your dreams come true.

Albert Einstein knew the power we have inside of us to create our own reality even if we can't yet see it!

Our minds have access to the reality beyond that we can see. - Albert Einstein

To be successful it pays to know what you really want  because if you don't have a destination you won't ever arrive. Or worse you arrive and don't like where you're at and want to be somewhere else!

So first of all take some time out of your day and have a heart to heart with yourself.

If it means you end up talking out loud or chatting to yourself in the mirror then do it.  Just get it done!

I personally like to get out in nature, the back yard or in a park (I prefer the water) and write in my journal.

  1.  Purposefully decide what you want.  Do you want improvements in all areas of  your life or to set an over-riding theme for 2013?   Set an intention that motivates you towards your desire.   If you want more love and passion in your  relationship then you will write  "I experience ultimate love and passion with my  wife/husband all through 2013."
  2.  Look at the ways you relate to each other now and decide whether these  activities serve or detract from your highest intention.  Let go of the activities that  don't help and replace them with activities that bring you closer

  3.  Over the next 10-20 minutes saturate your mind with thoughts and visualize  better relating and passionate experiences you want with your mate.
  4.  Do whatever you can to turn up the love and passion around you.  Such as  revamping your bedroom, organize activities for two or replace old tired  sleeping attire with something a little more exciting.

  5.  Talk to your partner about your desire for more love and passion making sure to  let them know all they ways they make you happy already before sharing how  things can improve.

Why not start the new year on your best foot by shining the light on your relationship, giving it a chance to grow?  Like all things a brand new year is the best time to get things back on track.

Stroking tips:

  •  Men love to be admired and respected so stroke their ego by telling them how great a dad, husband or partner they are.
  •  Women love to be cherished:- so remind them all the ways that they've enriched your life.
