Free steps before the Park2Park

IPSWICH Hospital Foundation and Ecco Ripley have joined forces to present a free Steps Challenge that will get residents moving in time for the Ipswich Park2Park next month.

The Ecco Ripley Steps Challenge offers a program of low-cost fitness activities, and a pedometer to count your challenge steps, plus help you train for the Park2Park event on Sunday, July 28.

Visit park2park.com.au to register or for more details.

To collect your free pedometer visit the IHF office Shop 3, 1 Bell St, or call 1300 736 428 to arrange collection of your pedometer at one of the Fit4Life fitness activity sessions.
