QT's name and shame: This week's drink and drug drivers

EVERY Monday, the QT publishes the names of drink and drug drivers who have appeared in Ipswich Magistrates Court over the past week.

BLAKE John Williams pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drug driving on December 8 last year at Booval. The court heard Williams was pulled over on Brisbane Rd where he registered a positive result for cannabis.He was fined $500 and disqualified from driving for one month.

ADAM Bradley Casey pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drug driving on October 10 last year at Camira. The court heard Casey was pulled over on Addison Rd where he registered a positive result for cannabis. He was fined $600 and disqualified for one month.

NATHAN John Harold Dimitrov pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drug driving on October 10 last year at Redbank Plains. The court heard Dimitrov was pulled over on Redbank Plains Rd where he registered a positive result for methamphetamines. He was fined $900 and disqualified from driving for three months.

JOLENE Dawn McGrath pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drink driving on January 17 at Churchable. The court heard McGrath was pulled over on Lobb St where she returned a positive blood-alcohol reading. She was fined $100 and disqualified from driving for one month.

DION Justin Belmont Ringrose pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drink driving on January 8 at Fernvale. The court heard Ringrose was pulled over on Brisbane Valley Hwy where he registered a mid-range blood-alcohol reading. He was fined $900 and disqualified from driving for 10 months.

EASTERN Heights man James Arthur Fourmile pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drink driving on December 21 last year at Yarrabah. The court heard Fourmile was pulled over on Backbeach Rd where he registered a positive blood-alcohol reading. He was disqualified from driving for one month.

VICTORIAN man Shane Arthur Francis pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drink driving on January 31 at Rosewood. The court heard Francis was pulled over on John St where he registered a positive blood-alcohol reading. He was fined $500 and disqualified from driving for one month.

DANIEL Ray Petersen pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drink driving on November 15 last year at Redbank Plains. He also pleaded guilty to a number of other offences including possessing dangerous drugs and unlicensed and uninsured driving. The court heard Petersen was pulled over on Redbank Plains Rd where he registered a positive blood-alcohol reading. He was jailed for six months for all the offences and disqualified from driving for 12 months. He will be released on parole on March 31.

LEANNE Marie Roberts pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drink driving on January 17 at Booval. The court heard Roberts was pulled over on Railways St where she registered a positive blood-alcohol reading. She was fined $500 and disqualified from driving for one month.

JARED Neil Britten pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drug driving on December 8 last year at Bundamba. The court heard Britten was pulled over on TL Cooney Ave where he registered a positive result for cannabis. Britten was disqualified from driving for three months.

BRYCE Kent Lewis pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drink driving on January 3 at Goodna. The court heard Lewis was pulled over on the Ipswich Mwy where he registered a mid-level blood-alcohol reading. He was fined $700 and disqualified from driving for four months.

ASHLEY Neil McGonagle pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drink driving on December 9 last year at Dinmore. The court heard McGonagle was pulled over on Noel St where he registered a mid-range blood-alcohol reading. He was fined $800 and disqualified from driving for five months.
